What you get, and when

Bet on Winner is a digital analytics product. There is no physical good, and nothing is shipped. What's delivered is account access and credit balance on the operator dashboard.

Account access

Access is available immediately after you create an account — there's no waiting period or manual approval step.

Credit top-ups

Credits are purchased in fixed packs (or a custom amount) and applied to your account balance as soon as the payment provider confirms the transaction. In practice this is near-instant for card payments and typically within a few minutes for Skrill or Neteller. Every top-up is recorded against your account, and your balance is visible in the dashboard at all times.

If a top-up doesn't arrive

If your balance hasn't updated more than 30 minutes after a successful payment, contact support@betonwinner.com with the date, amount, and payment method — we'll reconcile it against the payment provider's records.

Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

Credits can only be spent within Bet on Winner — they cannot be withdrawn, exchanged back to cash, or transferred to another account. See our Terms of service for the full policy.
