Privacy policy

This page describes what personal data Bet on Winner collects, why, and the choices you have about it. It applies to this marketing site and to the operator dashboard.

1. What we collect

• Account data — email address and a hashed password, when you create an account.
• Payment metadata — the amount, timestamp, and payment method of each credit top-up. Card numbers and wallet credentials are handled directly by our payment providers (Skrill, Neteller, Paysafe) — we never see or store full card numbers.
• Product usage data — pages viewed, features used, and error events, collected via PostHog (EU region) to understand how the product is used and to catch bugs.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information, collected automatically as part of normal web traffic.

2. What we don't do

We don't sell personal data to third parties, and we don't use your data to build advertising profiles.

3. Third-party processors

Data is shared with the following processors, each solely to perform their function:

• Skrill / Neteller / Paysafe — payment processing for credit top-ups.
• PostHog (EU region) — product analytics and error tracking.

4. Cookies

The operator dashboard uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. This marketing site sets no tracking cookies of its own.

5. Retention

Account and payment records are kept for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after, to meet accounting and tax obligations. You can request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to records we're legally required to retain.

6. Your rights (EU/UK GDPR)

If you're in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below.
