Terms of service

These terms govern access to and use of Bet on Winner (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What the Service is

Bet on Winner is a data and analytics product for professional tennis matches. It ingests publicly observable live match events and bookmaker odds, reconstructs match state, and applies published, deterministic rules to that state to produce timestamped signals describing match conditions.

The Service does not accept wagers, does not operate as a bookmaker or betting exchange, does not hold betting positions, and does not pay out winnings. It does not provide tips, picks, predictions of match outcomes, or recommended stakes. Any signal produced by the Service is a factual, reproducible statement about historical or live match state — not advice, and not a recommendation to place any bet. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make using information from the Service.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Credits and payment

The Service is accessed using credits, purchased in fixed packs (or a custom amount) via supported payment providers. Credits are:

• closed-loop — spendable only within the Service, never withdrawable as cash;
• non-refundable once applied to your account balance, except where required by applicable law;
• non-transferable between accounts;
• purchased one-off — there is no subscription, recurring charge, or card kept on file for automatic top-ups.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or the credits model; resell or redistribute the Service's output as your own product without permission; or use the Service in a jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful.

5. No warranty

Live sports data is sourced from third parties and can be delayed, incomplete, or corrected after the fact — the Service is provided "as is," without warranty that any signal, score, or statistic is complete, timely, or error-free. Match data providers occasionally revise history (a "score correction"); the Service reflects those revisions once received, not before.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bet on Winner is not liable for any losses arising from decisions made using information from the Service, including but not limited to losses connected to wagers placed with third-party bookmakers. The Service is not a party to, and has no involvement in, any bet you choose to place elsewhere.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. Unused credits on a terminated account are handled per applicable consumer-protection law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date on this page.
